Pauli is available for pre-paid phone consultations and guidance on how to transition to eating sustainably. The phone consultations are reasonable in cost, $45/hr. minimum call (and pro-rated thereafter).
Home consultations in the greater Bay Area, Napa and Sonoma counties are available at $45/hr. (4 hour minimum). For the home consultations, Pauli will help you identify and implement your goals, show you how to eliminate foods from your pantry and refrigerator that are not conducive to your goals, teach you how to shop and read labels, show you which ingredients are healthiest to use and give simple cooking instruction.
In home meal preparation. Pauli is also available for regular "in home" preparation of "sustainable" meals. The cost of this service is negotiable depending on frequency and your location.
