Sustainability is one of the buzzwords of
our age, but do we include our body as something we consider
sustaining? Pauli Halstead, chef and former owner of Napa Valley
catering company, The Best of Everything, invites you to a tasty
exploration of how to cook delicious meals based on the whole food diet of our
Paleolithic ancestors. The natural foods have always been wild caught fish
and grass fed meats (high in omega-3 fatty acids) organic vegetables,
nuts, seeds and berries. We still have access to the foods which will
sustain optimum health in our modern world and we can incorporate them
with style and pleasure into our daily menus.
